These terms govern use of Claude Watermark Remover at https://www.claude-watermarkremover.com (the “site”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the bench or create an account.

Claude Watermark Remover is independent of Anthropic. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Anthropic. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic.
1. The product
The free scan runs in your browser. It looks for invisible characters and typographic tells in text you paste. It does not read a cryptographic Claude watermark, and we do not warrant that any detector will treat the result as “human” or “clean.”
Deep Humanize is a signed-in rewrite. It sends the text you submit to a rewrite API, counts toward a daily character cap, and is best-effort. Free, Go, and Pro caps are shown on the billing page. Paid access comes from a Paddle subscription, not from a plan field you can set yourself.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the site for your own writing, subject to these terms. You may not scrape the rewrite API, resell access, reverse engineer the service in order to bypass caps or payments, or copy the site in a way that competes with it.
3. Your text
Submit only writing you own, created, or have an explicit licence to edit. Do not use the bench to pass off someone else’s work, to evade a school or employer integrity rule you are bound by, or to break another service’s terms. Removing hidden characters does not cancel those rules. Disclose AI assistance where a platform, client, or school requires it.
You keep ownership of text you paste. You grant us a limited licence to process that text solely to provide the scan or rewrite you requested, enforce quotas, and (if you enable history) store the job until you delete it or retention expires.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for the email and password (or Google account) you use to sign in. We may suspend an account that abuses the rewrite API, evades the daily cap, or attacks the site. You may delete the account from the signed-in Privacy page.
5. Paid plans
Go and Pro are subscriptions billed by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record for checkout. Prices and caps are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew until you cancel. Cancel through the Paddle customer portal when it is linked on Billing, or write to us. Access at the paid cap lasts until the current period ends unless a refund or chargeback lands first. Refunds follow the refund policy.
6. Acceptable use
- No illegal content, malware, or attempts to break the site or other people’s accounts
- No automated mass rewriting that ignores the published rate limits and character caps
- No submitting other people’s private text without permission
7. Third-party services
Auth, hosting, rewrite, bot checks, and billing are provided by third parties (including Supabase, OpenRouter, Vercel, Cloudflare, and Paddle). Their outages, policy changes, and terms are outside our control. Checkout is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms.
8. Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free rewrites, or any particular detector score. Pages, translations, and bench notes may be incomplete.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost drafts, downstream use of rewritten text, detector results, school or workplace discipline, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. For paid users, our total liability for a claim about the site is limited to the amount you paid us for the subscription period in which the claim arose.
Some places do not allow certain limitations. In those places, our liability is limited to the minimum the law requires.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Claude Watermark Remover, UVIZON LLC, and its developers, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the site, violation of these terms, or violation of any rights of another party.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the product is developed, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms on this page. Continued use after the new date means you accept the update.
