This policy describes how we handle information when you use https://www.claude-watermarkremover.com and the signed-in tools on it. It is not Anthropic’s policy. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Anthropic.
1. What this product does
The free scan runs in your browser tab. Pasted text is not sent to our servers for that scan. Closing the tab discards the paste unless you copied the result.
If you sign in, Deep Humanize can send the text you submit to a rewrite API so we can paraphrase and humanize it. Daily character use is stored against your account. Optional job history is off unless you turn it on in Settings.
2. Information we collect
Account
Email address, password hash (handled by our auth provider), Google sign-in identifiers if you use Google, and optional display name or avatar URL you save. We also store your plan cache, settings (history on/off, retention days, default language), and subscription status after a paid checkout.
Tool use
For Deep Humanize: character counts toward the daily cap, job metadata (time, status, model label, heuristic signal scores), and, if you enable history, the input and output text for that job. The free scan does not create an account row.
Billing
Paid plans are billed by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record. We receive webhook events (subscription status, plan, period end, and the user id attached server-side at checkout). We do not store full card numbers. Paddle’s privacy terms apply to the checkout itself.
Contact and support
If you use the contact form, your name, email, and message go to our form processor so we can reply. You can email info@uvizon.com instead. We keep correspondence while the thread is active, then delete it on a routine schedule.
Logs and bot checks
Hosting may record standard request logs (IP address, user agent, path, time). Sign-up may use Cloudflare Turnstile. Production rate limits may count requests by account id and IP in a key-value store. We do not run advertising pixels on the scan or rewrite benches.
3. How we use it
- Sign you in and keep the session cookie
- Enforce Deep Humanize daily caps and paid entitlements
- Run the rewrite when you ask for Deep Humanize
- Show history you chose to save, and purge jobs older than your retention setting
- Process Go and Pro subscriptions and refunds
- Reply to mail and keep the site working (abuse, errors, uptime)
We do not sell your text or account data. We do not use pasted text to train our own models.
4. Who else sees data
Processors we use to run the product:
- Supabase — accounts, profiles, usage, jobs, and subscriptions
- OpenRouter — Deep Humanize rewrite calls (the text you submit for that pass)
- Paddle — checkout and subscription billing
- Cloudflare Turnstile — sign-up bot checks when configured
- Web3Forms — contact form delivery when configured
- Vercel — hosting, logs, and (in production) rate-limit counters
Each of those parties applies its own privacy terms to the data it receives.
5. Cookies and local storage
Signed-in sessions use HTTP-only cookies. The free scan may keep text in this tab’s memory only. We do not use those cookies to advertise to you.
6. Retention and your controls
You can export your data, delete stored jobs, turn history off, and delete your account from the signed-in Privacy page. Jobs older than your retention setting are removed by a daily purge. After account deletion, we keep only what we must for billing disputes or legal holds, then drop the rest.
7. Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. Do not create an account for a child under 13.
8. Changes
We will post updates on this page and change the date above. Keep using the site after a change only if you accept the new policy.
